ONLINE ORDERS. ORGANIZED BAKE DAYS.

From your next menu to the last pickup.

Give customers a simple place to order your baked goods. Keep menus, orders and pickup arrangements together, then add kitchen tools when you need them.

01

Publish your next menu

Add your breads, cookies or pastries, set quantities and an order cutoff, then choose pickup dates and locations.

02

Share your link. Take orders.

Customers choose their products and pickup option. Connect your Square account to accept card payments at checkout.

03

Prepare the bake

Review orders for the bake date and organize what to make. Add recipes when you want ingredient quantities and production sheets.

04

Make pickup straightforward

Keep orders, payment status and pickup details together. Customers see their order confirmation and collection details after checkout.

START SIMPLE. ADD DEPTH.

One bakery, at your pace.

Your everyday selling tools

  • Your own storefront link, product photos, sizes and packs.
  • Bake dates, preorder cutoffs and available quantities.
  • Multiple pickup locations and time windows.
  • Orders and payment status in your bakery dashboard.
  • Order confirmation: confirmation text and pickup details displayed after checkout.
  • Card payments through your connected Square account.

More detail for the kitchen

  • Standard ingredient-and-quantity recipes with batch yields.
  • Supported spreadsheet formulas, including linked sourdough stages.
  • Scaled ingredient requirements and printable production sheets.
  • Ingredient purchases, stock records and batch costing.
  • Ingredient and allergen disclosures for your review before publication.

Recipes and inventory are optional. Spreadsheet imports require review; unsupported calculations must be resolved. Connecting Square does not automatically synchronize your in-person catalog or inventory.

A simple weekly bake, for example

Publish Saturday’s menu with 12 loaves and 24 cookies available. Set Friday’s order cutoff and Saturday’s pickup window. Customers place orders through your link; you review the orders for that bake date and prepare each pickup.

Illustrative workflow, not a customer account or sales result. Add recipes if you also want ingredient-level production planning.
